THE HYYTIÄLÄ MEETING

The Annual Meeting of the Cell and Tissue Dynamics (CTD) Program and the Finnish Society for Developmental and Stem Cell Biology (FSDSCB) took place on the 30th – 31st of October 2025 in Hyytiälä Forest Station.

The best thesis and
the best paper awards

The FSDB has a tradition of selecting the best PhD thesis and scientific publication
published within the field of stem cell and developmental biology. The best PhD
thesis within the field of stem cell and developmental biology is selected every fouryears. The best paper is selected every two years.

Suggestions for the candidates are invited by email and the recipient is nominated by an established senior scientist.

Travel grants

The FSDB participates actively in organizing joint Nordic Stem Cell, Developmental Biology and Regeneration meetings. To encourage participation of all our members in the joint activities, the FSDB provides travel grants for its members. The call will be announced by emailing to the members.
